§ 33.17 DUTIES.
   In addition to all other duties provided by law, the Fire Chief and the Assistant Fire Chief during their respective hours of duty shall:
   (A)   Be in constant attendance upon their respective duties.
   (B)   Keep the fire station and all firefighting apparatus clean and in a good condition at all times.
   (C)   Promptly answer all fire alarms occurring within the city limits.
   (D)   Promptly answer all fire alarms occurring outside of the city limits when directed to do so by the Mayor.
   (E)   Be responsible for the care, custody and control of all firefighting equipment.
