§ 33.15 POWERS OF FIRE CHIEF AND ASSISTANT FIRE CHIEF.
   The Fire Chief has exclusive control of the fire department subject to the rules and orders of the Board of Public Works and Safety. However, in times of emergency, the Fire Chief is, for the time being, subordinate to the Mayor and shall obey his orders and directions.”
