Any license issued under the terms of this chapter may be suspended or revoked by the Mayor in the manner provided by law in the event that the taxicab is found not to be in a safe and clean condition, or if there has been any fraud or misrepresentation in obtaining the license, or for any other violation of the provisions of this chapter.
