§ 98.04 REPEATEDLY DRIVING THROUGH PARKING AREA, DANGEROUS RIDING, PROHIBITED.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this section for any person to drive a motor vehicle repeatedly through any parking area providing access to a protected property without transacting business.
   (B)   It shall be a violation of this section for any person to ride a bicycle, skateboard, in-line skates, scooter, or other wheeled conveyance on a protected property or private property in a manner other than for transportation, including stunts, tricks, performance riding, or any manner that presents increased danger, risk or hazard to the rider or bystanders beyond normal bicycle transportation, without the permission of the property owner.
