§ 30.33 MAJORITY VOTE REQUIRED TO PASS ORDINANCE.
   (A)   It shall require a majority vote of all the members-elect of the Common Council to pass an ordinance.
   (B)   In the event that an ordinance is considered on the same day or at the same meeting at which it is introduced, a two-thirds vote of all the elected members is required to pass an ordinance.
