§ 94.01 NUISANCES DECLARED.
   The following acts are declared to be unlawful and a public nuisance:
   (A)   The sounding of any horn, signal device or attachments on automobiles, motorcycles, bicycle, truck, bus or other vehicle except as necessary for warning of danger to person or property. However, this division (A) shall not apply to public transportation vehicles, school busses, or public safety vehicles.
   (B)   The creation of grating screeching, grinding or squeaking noises, loud reports or shots, or other noises in the use of automobiles, motorcycles, or other vehicles or appurtenances attached thereto.
   (C)   The creation of loud noises by the manipulation, handling and playing of musical instruments, except in conjunction with authorized parades or public functions.
   (D)   The keeping of any animal, bird or fowl which by causing frequent or continued noises or odor shall disturb the comfort or repose of persons in any dwelling or apartment house or residence.
   (E)   The creation of any similar noise by any radio, phonograph or musical instrument, or the making of any loud unnecessary or boisterous noises at any time.
