§ 92.06 REMOVAL OF MENACES.
   (A)   The Chief of the Fire Department shall, when he has determined after an examination that any place has become a menace to the public and safety by reason of a danger of fire, immediately notify its owners or occupants to remedy or remove such menace at once.
   (B)   At the same time the Chief shall make a report of such action to the Board of Public Works and Safety and if the owner or occupant fails to remedy or remove the menace, the Board of Public Works and Safety shall take the actions authorized by state law.
