§ 92.05 INSPECTIONS.

The Chief of the Fire Department is empowered to at all times enter any place that is kept, maintained or permitted to remain within the corporate limits of the city, in such manner as to be a menace to the public safety from fire, or to enter any such place as he has reasonable cause to believe contains a menace to the public safety.
