§ 92.04 INTERFERENCE WITH FIRE HYDRANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person who is not authorized by the Board of Waterworks Trustees or the Superintendent of the Water Department willfully to break, injure, open or in any other way interfere with any fire hydrant.
