§ 90.21 SALE OF UNCLAIMED VEHICLE.
   If a junk car is not repossessed by its owner within 30 days of its impoundment, the Police Department shall sell it to the highest bidder at a public auction which shall be held no later than ten days after one publication of a notice of such sale in a newspaper of general circulation in the city.
