(A) Unless suspended by a two-thirds vote of the members of the Common Council the business of the Council shall be taken up in the following order:
(1) Minutes of last meeting.
(2) Communications.
(3) Petitions, remonstrances and memorials.
(4) Reports of committees.
(5) Reports of officers.
(6) Ordinances and resolutions.
(7) Unfinished business.
(8) New business.
(9) Review of the most recently generated claims docket at the last meeting of each month.
(10) Adjournment.
(B) The Common Council shall cause a copy of the agenda to be posted at the entrance to the meeting.
