§ 30.11 CONTINUOUS SESSIONS.
Any regular Common Council meeting may be adjourned to a future day or hour, and at that time it shall be lawful to transact any business which might have been transacted at the regular meeting of which it is a continuation, and the Council shall not be limited to completing particular items of business which had actually been entered upon and left unfinished, at the regular meeting, unless the order of adjournment of such regular meeting so limits the work of the adjourned meeting.
