§ 70.07 INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE OF SIGNS, SIGNALS, AND THE LIKE.
   The Police Department shall place and maintain traffic-control signs, signals and devices when required under all traffic ordinances and when necessary to make such ordinances effective.
