The provisions of this chapter are intended as being supplemental to, and not in replacement of, the provisions of I.C. 5-16-9-1 et seq. Should a conflict be found to exist, the provisions of I.C. 5-16-9-1 shall be deemed as controlling. Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting the enforcement of the provisions of I.C. 5-16-9-1 et seq. as therein provided.
