As used in this subchapter:
MOTOR VEHICLE. Has the meaning set forth at I.C. 9-13-2-105.
PARKING FACILITY. Any facility or combination of facilities for motor vehicle parking that contains parking spaces for the public, whether publicly or privately owned.
PERSON WITH A PHYSICAL CHALLENGE. A person who has been issued a placard under the I.C. 9-14-5, or a person with a registration plate for a motor vehicle for persons with a physical challenge issued by the Bureau of Motor Vehicles under I.C. 9-18-22.
