A $50 fine shall be imposed for the first violation in a calendar year in the parking spaces reserved for persons with a physical challenge. If the violator fails to pay the fine within seven business days of the violation, he or she shall pay an additional $50 as a late penalty; such payment shall not eliminate or replace the parking fine owed.
