§ 35.16 FEDERAL GRANTS FUND.
   (A)   A need exists for the establishment of a Federal Grants Fund to receive and expend any monies as related to federal awarded grants.
   (B)   This fund will be used for the sole purpose of receipting and disbursing monies as they relate to any federal grant sponsored or supported by the State of Indiana and/or the Federal Government. These may be awarded by such state agencies as, but not limited to: INDOT (Indiana Dept. of Transportation), Federal Highway Administration, etc.
