§ 35.15 STATE GRANTS FUND.
   (A)   A need exists for the establishment of a State Grants Fund to receive and expend any monies as related to state awarded grants.
   (B)   This fund will be used for the sole purpose of receipting and disbursing monies as they relate to any grant sponsored or supported by the State of Indiana. These may be awarded by such state agencies as, but not limited to: INDOT (Indiana Dept. of Transportation) and OCRA (Office of Community and Rural Affairs).
