§ 93.99 PENALTY.

Any citizen who violates the provisions of § 93.08(C) shall be fined according to local, state and federal law; and if bodily injury results shall be fined not more than $10,000 or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results shall be subject to imprisonment for any term of years or for life.
