§ 35.14 SPECIAL LOIT FUND.
   (A)   Pursuant to I.C. 36-1-3, the Fund LOIT Special Distribution (MVH) is established to meet the statutory requirements of I.C. 6-3.6-9-17 (HB 1001 & SB 67) for the restricted funds.
   (B)   These funds are restricted for the purpose of infrastructure as found under I.C. 6-3.6-9-17(h)(1)(A) and cannot be used for any other purpose without statutory authority.
