§ 35.13 CUMULATIVE FIRE FUND.
   (A)   A need exists for the establishment of a Cumulative Fire Fund for the following purposes: For all uses as set out in I.C. 36-8-14.
   (B)   The Common Council will adhere to the provisions of I.C. 6-1.1-41. The Fund will not exceed $0.02 on each $100 of assessed valuation. The tax rates will be levied beginning with taxes for 2015 payable in 2016.
