SCHEDULE VI. BUSINESS PARKING DISTRICT.
   (A)   Business Parking District defined. That area of parking spaces between the intersections of 5th Street and Main Street to 9th Street and Main Street, on both sides of Main Street and for one-half block either side of Main Street shall constitute the Business Parking District, except for those parking spaces bordering the Fulton County Courthouse square.
   (B)   Permitted parking. Parking in the Business Parking District is permitted for customers and clients of downtown businesses, including business deliveries and pickups, and business visitations.
   (C)   Prohibited parking. It is a violation of this schedule to park in any parking space within the Business Parking District between the hours of 7:00 a.m., and 8:00 p.m., and to be:
      (1)   An employee of any business located within the Business Parking District, parked while during the hours of employment; or
      (2)   A resident of any apartment or residential property within the Business Parking District, unless the resident is engaging in a business transaction in a building other than the location of the resident’s residence.
   (D)   Penalties for violation.
      (1)   Any person who shall be found to violate this schedule shall be subject to a fine of $25 per occurrence, plus all costs through the Ordinance Bureau, or court.
      (2)   Any vehicle found in violation of this schedule on three or more occasions, or in violation of Chapter 76 Parking Schedules, shall be impounded and towed at the violator’s expense.
      (3)   Any vehicle towed under this schedule’s penalty provision may be recovered upon payment of all penalties, towing and storage fees due by the owner of the vehicle.
