§ 32.90 ADOPTION.
   (A)   The City Council hereby adopts the Area Planning Law Establishing Ordinance as contained in I.C. 36-7-4.
   (B)   The establishment of the planning department shall be fixed effective the date of enactment of this section.
   (C)   The Fulton County Area Plan Commission is hereby established, whose membership shall be appointed pursuant to I.C. 36-7-4.
