§ 35.08 RIVERBOAT WAGERING TAX REVENUE SHARING FUND.
   The city being desirous of creating a fund for the share of riverboat wagering tax revenue sharing hereby establishes by resolution a Riverboat Wagering Tax Revenue Sharing Fund to receipt the city’s distribution to that fund for the purposes allowed in I.C. 4-33-13-5(f).
