§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any owner reclaiming an impounded animal shall pay a fee set by the Fulton County Ordinance No. 032100, § 1-003 and paid through Fulton County.
   (B)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter is subject to fines set out in the Violations Bureau Ordinance.
