§ 91.36 EMERGENCY PROCLAMATION BY MAYOR; VIOLATION.
   (A)   Whenever the Mayor apprehends that there is danger of the existence or spread of any dangerous disease relating to dogs, he shall issue a proclamation, ordering and requiring all persons owning, possession or harboring any member of the canine family to confine or muzzle said animal for a term of not less than 30 days, nor more than 90 days following the date of such proclamation.
   (B)   Any dog found in violation of the provisions of such proclamation shall be destroyed on order of the Chief of Police.
