§ 91.16 REDEMPTION OF IMPOUNDED ANIMAL; PROOF OF OWNERSHIP, PAYMENT OF FINE REQUIRED.

Any person claiming an impounded animal shall upon request of the humane officer provide proof of ownership by means of a rabies certificate of such animal and pay all applicable fines and fees before such animal shall be released.
