§ 38.03 DUTIES OF VIOLATIONS CLERK AND STAFF.
   The Clerk-Treasurer and her staff, as her agents, shall accept written appearances, waivers of trial, admissions of violations, and payment of civil penalties in the amount and for the violation as provided in § 38.04.
