Upon receiving a citation:
(A) Alleged code violators may admit the violation and/or pay the appropriate fine amount;
(B) Alleged code violators may deny the citation and request a trial for the alleged violation by submitting a written denial; and
(C) Alleged code violators who do neither divisions (A) nor (B) above shall be deemed to have denied the violation and a trial will be requested.
