(A) This chapter shall not apply to moving traffic violations. The penalties set forth in this chapter amend all specific or general monetary penalty sections of the code only as they relate to the specific offenses set out in § 35.04 of this chapter.
(B) Otherwise, this chapter does not amend any monetary or non-monetary penalty or remedial rights or enforcement right provisions of the code.
