(A) The following schedule of abatement fees for ERA designations is adopted.
(1) For a proposed improvement of $0 to $75,000, the fee shall be $150.
(2) For a proposed improvement of $75,001 to $500,000, the fee shall be $300.
(3) For a proposed improvement of $500,001 and over, the fee shall be $500.
(B) Fees will be in addition to any statutorily required publication costs in connection with designating an area as an economic revitalization area which shall be reimbursed to the town by the applicant.
(C) The fee shall be payable to the town within 30 days after final approval of any Form SB-1 Statement of Benefits, and the value of the proposed improvement shown on the Form SB-1 shall establish the above fee.
