§ 71.06 PARKING RESTRICTIONS IN RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS.
   Only motorized vehicles, including a passenger automobile, a pickup, with or without camper attached, a van/truck, or a truck of less than one ton capacity whose height from ground to the highest attached component, does not exceed eight feet or does not exceed more than 22 feet in length from front bumper to the rear-most point of attached component, shall be parked on a street or alley in a residential district in the same location for other than: (1) in case of an emergency; (2) for health or safety reasons; (3) in case of a requested service repair call; or (4) for active loading and unloading. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the exception for active loading and unloading shall be limited to one 48 hour period and the motor vehicle must be attended during this time so that it can be moved in the event of an emergency.
