§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 151.15 through 151.33 of this chapter shall be deemed to have committed a violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100 for the first violation, and not more than $200 for the second and each subsequent violation. Each day a violation continues after the expiration of the time set forth by legal notice specified in § 151.31(B) of this chapter constitutes a separate violation.
      (2)   Any person in violation of §§ 151.15 through 151.33 of this chapter shall be liable to the county for any expenses and costs.
   (C)   (1)   The following fines shall be imposed for each violation of §§ 151.45 through 151.50 of this chapter:
         (a)   First violation: $50;
         (b)   Second violation: $100; and
         (c)   Subsequent violations: $250.
      (2)   The fines and penalties provided for in this division (C) shall be in addition to all other remedies and penalties provided for herein and by law and, except where otherwise provided, every day any violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
