§ 151.48 ACCESS TO PROPERTY; INSPECTIONS.

The enforcement authority and designated persons acting on his or her behalf, may inspect any building, structure or lot in the town at any reasonable time for the purpose of inspection, or for administering and enforcing applicable law, relating to the subject matter of this subchapter.
