§ 151.17 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AGRICULTURAL BUILDING. A structure principally utilized for the storage of machinery used for purposes of crop production or for the shelter and feeding of livestock.
   BUILDING COMMISSIONER. Includes individuals employed by the Countywide Department of Community Development that are authorized to represent the Building Commissioner.
   CLASS 1 STRUCTURE. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-4.
   CLASS 2 STRUCTURE. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-5.
   CONSTRUCTION. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-7.
   DECORATIVE FENCE. Any fence constructed of boards or similar material no greater than three inches in width, with the spacing between those boards or pieces of material being no less than three inches. This term shall also include wire and chain-link fencing which do not contain privacy slats.
   FENCE. Any above grade enclosure, barrier or boundary wall made of posts, boards, wire, concrete, stakes or rails, including, but not limited to, entrance and exit gates designed and constructed for the purpose of enclosure, screening, marking a boundary or ingress and egress.
   INDUSTRIALIZED BUILDING SYSTEM. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-14.
   MANUFACTURED HOME. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-16.
   MOBILE STRUCTURE. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-17.
   PERSON. The meaning ascribed thereto in I.C. 22-12-1-18.
   PRIVACY FENCE. Any opaque enclosure, barrier or boundary wall designed and constructed for the purpose of enclosure or screening. If constructed of boards or similar material, the spacing between those boards or pieces of material is less than three inches.
   STRUCTURE. Both Class 1 and Class 2 structures, unless specifically stated otherwise.
   SWIMMING POOL. The meaning ascribed thereto in the state’s Swimming Pool Code.
