(A) The subdivision regulations for the town are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated fully as if set out herein.
(B) Two copies of the subdivision regulations shall be made available to the public and filed at the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. One copy of each shall be maintained in the office of the Countywide Department of Community Development, Room 208, Court House, Huntington, Indiana.
