(A) The Town Council adopts the county’s Floodplain Ordinance in order to comply with all federal and state flood plain regulation requirements in order to stay compliant with the National Flood Insurance Program. As part of the adoption of the ordinance, the Town Council recognizes that the county planning officials or their designees shall have the obligation and duty to review all developments and to ensure compliance.

(B) The Town Flood Damage Prevention Ordinance, adopted via Ord. 2022-11, is hereby adopted by reference and incorporated fully as if set out herein.
