(A) For the purpose of protecting the general health, welfare and peace and quiet of the town, the Town Council hereby enacts this section regulating the establishment of locations for massage parlors, adult book stores and arcades.
(B) From and after the date of this section, no person shall erect, construct, own, operate, establish, maintain or permit a massage parlor, adult book store or arcade containing three or more pool or billiard tables or devices operated by the insertion of money or tokens, the function of which is to provide entertainment, if any portion of the perimeter is located within 500 feet of residentially zoned property, a park, a church or a community center use previously established and in use within the town limits.
(C) This section shall not prohibit establishments in operation at the date of this adoption, but the establishments may not expand or increase the operations prohibited by division (B) above and in operation as of that adoption.
