(A) No person shall ride or drive a vehicle within Roanoke Park, except on the improved roadways.
(B) The speed limit in Roanoke Park shall not exceed ten mph and shall be slower than that where circumstances indicate, or where otherwise specifically posted.
(C) Vehicle parking is permitted in Roanoke Park in designated parking areas only. Vehicle parking is not permitted on the grass, on playgrounds or in picnic areas. No vehicles shall be parked within Roanoke Park between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
(D) Parking of vehicles in Roanoke Park when that park is not open to the public is prohibited.
(E) No person shall operate a self-propelled vehicle designated to travel on snow-covered surfaces and commonly known as a snowmobile, or any go-cart, swamp buggy, race car, all-terrain vehicle (ATV) or any other type of motor vehicle that is not registered with the Department of Motor Vehicles of the state, within Roanoke Park.
