No person shall possess or use a weapon in Roanoke Park. The term WEAPON means any device, equipment or other material that in the manner that it is used or is ordinarily used is readily capable of causing serious bodily injury, but does not mean firearms, ammunition and firearm accessories as those terms are defined in I.C. 35-47-1, as it presently exists or is hereafter amended. This prohibition excludes duly sworn town police officers or duly sworn police officers located in the state.
