§ 96.03 POSSESSION, SALE OR CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   No intoxicants of any kind, including, but not limited to wine, beer, ale or other alcoholic beverages, shall be possessed, consumed, sold or given away in Roanoke Park.
