§ 96.01 RULES AND REGULATIONS GENERALLY.
   The rules and regulations of this chapter are established for the management and protection of Roanoke Park (“Roanoke Park”) and for the protection of the persons lawfully entitled to use Roanoke Park. Roanoke Park is a drug-free zone. The use of Roanoke Park and its facilities is at the user’s risk. The town is not responsible for any injury, theft or accidents.
