§ 95.05 EXCEPTIONS.
   The following types of open burning are permitted:
   (A)   Recreational campfires which are:
      (1)   Surrounded with a barrier to contain fire from spreading such as a fire-ring, stones or concrete blocks;
      (2)   Have a total fuel area no greater than 36 inches in diameter; and
      (3)   Have a fuel load not to exceed two vertical feet.
   (B)   The burning of charcoal, clean untreated wood, and other cooking fuels customarily used in an outdoor grill, traditional food cooking devices or campfires used for the preparation of food; and
   (C)   Other types of open burning which are approved in advance by the Town Council upon a written application for variance.
