It is the intent of this chapter that:
(A) Its prohibition of open burning be adopted in accordance with and incorporate herein the requirements of I.C. 13-17-9 and 326 I.A.C. 4-1 et seq., as each now exist and are hereafter amended, modified or superseded; and
(B) Any conflict between this chapter and I.C. 13-17-9 or 326 I.A.C. 4-1 et seq. shall not invalidate the remaining non-conflicting sections of this chapter.
