For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
OPEN BURNING. The burning of any materials wherein air contaminants resulting from combustion are emitted directly into the air, without passing through a stack or chimney from an enclosed chamber.
OWNER. The owner of record of the subject property, as indicated in the records of the County Auditor, and the purchaser or purchasers of the subject property under any contract for the conditional sale thereof.
