§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Anyone violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $25 for the first offense, $50 for the second offense and $100 for each subsequent offense.
   (B)   Each subsequent day shall be a separate and chargeable offense.
   (C)   The fines collected for these violations shall be deposited in the town’s General Fund.
