(A) Any person issued a notice, but failing to comply, shall be issued a citation.
(B) Citations shall contain the following:
(1) The date, name and address of the owner;
(2) A description of the animal in violation of this chapter;
(3) The code sections violated, the nature of the violation and location of the violation;
(4) The name of the person issuing the citation;
(5) The address and telephone number of the Animal Control Officer and Clerk-Treasurer;
(6) The date the initial notice was issued;
(7) The applicable monetary penalties for violations; and
(8) A conspicuous notification that the owner is responsible for payment for redemption fees and the care, feeding and storage of the animal in the animal shelter.
(C) The citation shall be issued in the same manner as the notice of violation.
