§ 91.14 REDEMPTION FEES.
   A redemption fee of $25 shall be collected for the first time a particular animal is impounded. The redemption fees shall be $35 for the second and each subsequent impounding of the same animal. The costs of feeding and caring for the animal during the period of its impoundment shall be added to the redemption fee assessed.
