§ 72.16 UNLAWFUL OPERATION OF A GOLF CART.

It shall be unlawful to operate a golf cart on any town street, except as specifically authorized by this subchapter. Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of this subchapter shall be subject to penalty as set forth in this subchapter.
