§ 72.01 PERMITTED OPERATION.
   Snowmobiles are hereby permitted to operate within the following boundaries of the town only:
   (A)   On the right side of a highway, street or right-of-way (the entire width between the boundary lines of every way publicly maintained when any part is available to the public for vehicular travel), by a person holding a current valid motor vehicle driver’s license, which permits that person to lawfully drive on state highways; and
   (B)   To take that snowmobile from its storage location by the most direct route to one of the following designated streets, and then upon that designated street out of town, or to return along that route to the storage location (riding back and forth continually will be a violation of this section).
